is it possible to add in a multiple chart pane, several charts of the same symbol, but with independant time periods and scale.
Like a daily chart and a 10 seconds chart.... but have the daily chart NOT zoomed to be aligned with the seconds chart; like on its own independant time scale.
if not, of course, I guess i'll just open 2 charts.
I think the correct formulation is:
is it possible to have on a multi pane chart, prices with different periodicities in different panes, and NOT bar aligned. So a 10 minute price on its own pane will not be aligned with the 1 mn price in the pane just above it.

yes it is possible - When you are adding for the second time the same instrument to your chart (through "add instrument"), just do not check "the align with master" checkbox and select another periodicity. This way you will get on your chart a separate pane with for example a 10 min periodicity candle not being aligned with the time axis of your master 1 min instrument periodicity. You may add as many different periodicities as you want (in separate pane), but the time axis display will not be duplicated, aka it will always refer to your "master" instrument having a 1 min periodicity

that seems logical, but having tried, it doesn't seem to behave like this.
Setting a instrument with higher timeframe on multichart pane, with the check box to align with master unchecked, still align it with master.
Could you please share a screenshot of this working as it should? Thank you
