A license code is an 18-digit number that you enter into the License Activation window in Investor/RT (File > License...). The number remains in effect as long as you continue as a subscriber. The license code tells Investor/RT which product and features you have licensed at any point in time.
Login to the Linn Software web site using your email address and password. If you do not know your password, request a new one. Once logged in, your Licenses, Subscription, and Billing information are all readily available for viewing.
If you experience a problem activating your license for Investor/RT on Mac OS X, you may be asked to download and run the diagnostic program ProDiag. Download the disk image file (ProDiag.dmg).Double-click the dmg file to open it, then double-click on the ProDiag application to run it. A text file named ProDiag.txt will be created on your desktop.
If you have an Investor/RT subscription and wish to change it, login to the site and click on the Subscriptions tab on your account page. To the far right of each subscription, click on Manage Subscription to revise your subscription to add or remove features from Investor/RT. Newly added features will be immediately available to you and your subscription will be revised to start on the day you make the change.
