The Session Statistic indicator recently added a new option to "Hide Line First N Minutes". See below.
And with this in place, the IB only draws after the 1st 60 minutes are complete, as seen below.
I believe this new option was added in 12.7, so if you don't see those checkboxes at bottom of your Session Statistics Indicator, you'll need to upgrade to latest 12.7 candidate at www.linnsoft.com/beta
Here is a chart definition which provides another approach you can take, plotting dots where the IBH and IBL are complete and then extending naked lines from there unitl taken out. Could even combine both if you wish.
