The field separator was set to space. I changed it to comma and now the instrument- only data exports with the date and time separated. However, when exporting "all data" the date and time fields are still combined in one column.
There is a schedule action to "Email Quotepage". Would that possible give you what you're after? Could run the schedule every 5 minutes and end up with an email every 5 minutes with the quotepage.

For next release (13.5.11) I have added a config ExortAllSepDateTime that will do just this when exporting All Chart Data..
